This is the Peter Falk's car in Columbo : the Peugeot 403, the french car of the sixties in France. Have a closer look to the drawing and you will see plenty of details inside :
- Originaly designed for the middle-class
- it was based on the 203 with few high tech features reliable and proved technologies
- It was a hit compare to the unreliable Citroen DS of the same era
- More than 1.000.000 units sold, plenty of rooms in the trunk
- 5 to 9 places, fitted with the first commercial loud Diesel engine "Indenor"
